- Free within 10 miles of Natick — small mileage fee beyond that

- Packages are billed upfront on the 1st; unused hours are good for 6 months
A few things people ask
How do I book?
Message me with what you need and roughly when. I'll confirm availability and give you a time estimate — and cost, if it's outside a package.
How does payment work?
Payment is due at the time of service — Venmo, Zelle, or cash. For monthly packages, payment is due upfront on the 1st.
What if a task takes longer than expected?
I'll give you a heads-up as soon as I see it running over, so there are no surprises on the bill.
Do unused package hours roll over?
Yes — unused hours stay valid for 6 months from purchase, so an occasional lighter month doesn't cost you anything. They're not intended to bank indefinitely, though.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be billed a $15 fee to cover held time.
What can't you help with?
Anything requiring a license I don't hold, like licensed contractor work — but I'm happy to help find and coordinate someone who does.
