MomHELP ("we," "us") provides household errand, logistics, and personal assistance services in Natick and surrounding communities. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you contact us or become a client, we may collect:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email
• Details about the tasks or errands you ask us to handle
• Payment information, processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Scheduling information you provide to us

How we use it

We use this information to schedule and provide the services you request, communicate with you, process payment, and — where you've asked us to — coordinate with third-party providers on your behalf.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service you've requested (for example, passing your contact details to a provider you've asked us to coordinate with), or as required by law.

Sensitive information

Please don't send us passwords, financial account numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information by email, text, or through our contact forms. If a task requires us to have specific access information (like a lockbox code), we'll discuss the safest way to share it with you directly.
